Article 1 – Communications
The main purpose of Nature for Kids is to offer parents a wide range of 100% non-toxic, eco-friendly, zero waste, zero plastic items, selected for their respect for children's health but also for the environment. The objective is to help them adopt eco-responsible and sustainable consumption in order to reduce the impact on the planet. Nature for kids therefore favors electronic communications, in addition to providing a telephone service via our customer service department accessible by telephone at the times mentioned on our sites. As part of our contractual relationship, you agree that all agreements, information, invoices, disclosures and other communications that we send to you electronically fulfill all legal obligations to communicate in writing, unless a specific mandatory law imposes another mode. The data recorded by Nature for kids constitutes proof of all communications, transactions and payments between Nature for kids and its customers. These data are stored by Nature for kids under reasonable security conditions on a durable and reliable medium and are available on request.
Article 2 – Minors
Nature for kids does not sell to under 18s. Products intended for children must be purchased by persons over the age of 18, adult. Minors (children) can only place an order under the supervision of a responsible parent or guardian.
Article 3 – Account
Whether you are a consumer or a professional, you must create an account to order Nature for kids products. To do this, you will need to enter your first and last names and a valid email address. You will also need to register at least one delivery address.
You are responsible for the validity and completeness of the information associated with your account. You must inform through "your account" on the natureforkids.eu site of any useful information concerning you.
When you use the natureforkids.eu site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your connection parameters (username and password), access restrictions to your computer and other equipment (anti-virus, firewall, …) and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for all of your activities that have been conducted under your account or with your password. If for any reason you believe that your account has been corrupted or if you have reason to believe that your credentials have been stolen or may be used in an unauthorized manner, notify us immediately. our customer service by one of the means made available to you.
For security reasons, we ask you to change your password regularly (every 3 months at least) and not to use one of the 5 previously used.
We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate your account if you are in violation of applicable laws, these Terms of Use or any other terms, conditions, guidelines or policies of Nature for kids .
Article 4 – Catalog and service
In order to constantly improve its catalog and/or its services, Nature for kids reserves the right to make changes to its product catalog, to the services offered as well as to the sites, both concerning its online store and to his blog.
Article 5 – Applicable law and force majeure
Nature for kids will do its best to try to settle any dispute amicably, in the interest of all parties. To this end, contact patrick@natureforkids.be directly to report any problems. If you are not satisfied with the dispute resolution method and wish to appeal to the competent courts, the contract is governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer and your habitual residence is located in a country of the European Union, you also have rights protecting you under the mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your country of residence. You agree to submit all disputes arising from the commercial relationship between you and Nature for kids to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Namur in Belgium.

Article 1 – Object of the contract
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to establish the contractual relationship between “ Nature for kids ® ” (trade name used by Patrick Devos, independent natural person, hereinafter referred to as Nature for kids ® ), whose head office and logistics are located rue du Clair Val 28 at 5020 Suarlée (Namur) in Belgium , registered in the register of natural persons (RPP) under number 0883.925.564 and the CLIENT, whether the latter is a consumer or a professional.

Nature for kids ® reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the CLIENT.

Article 2 - Definitions
Natureforkids.eu is an online sales site that offers services and products that comply with the Nature for Kids ® quality charter.
Natureforkid.eu is a blog or blog, that is to say a website made up of posts agglomerated over time and often classified in reverse order (the most recent first). The CUSTOMER is an actual or potential buyer of goods or services offered by a company. The CLIENT can be a natural person or a legal person.
The PROFESSIONAL is any natural or legal person who does not correspond to the definition of consumer given above.
The SELLER is Nature for kids ® .
PRODUCTS are all items offered for sale or rental by Nature for kids ® via its natureforkids.eu website.
The SERVICE is an activity or a service subject to essentially intangible exchange and which does not give rise to any transfer of ownership. A service can sometimes be associated with a physical product.
Article 3 – Application and acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The main characteristics of the Products and Services and in particular the specifications, illustrations, composition, instructions for use and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the site www.naturefrokids.eu which the customer is required to take note of. Before ordering. The choice and purchase of a Product or a Service are the sole responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks, as specified when placing the order. An order will in all cases imply the express and irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions by the CLIENT. The latter will receive in the confirmation email a link to the general conditions in a format that can be saved or printed.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the CLIENT.
Article 4 – Costs and methods of delivery and payment
Any delivery costs are indicated in the order summary on the website before the customer pays for it. At this stage, the CUSTOMER can still modify his means of delivery. These costs are also included in the confirmation email. Nature for kids ® undertakes to make every effort to ensure that delivery is made within a maximum of 5 working days in Belgium and a maximum of 8 working days in Europe to the address indicated by the CLIENT or to the collection point chosen. by the customer. For security reasons, the CUSTOMER may be asked to present proof of identity upon delivery. In the event of a first absence during the passage of the carrier, a new presentation will take place and the CUSTOMER will be notified by a notice of passage. In the event of a second absence, the package will be made available at a collection point near the destination. No compensation may be claimed by the CLIENT in the event of late delivery, even in the event of force majeure. Nature for kids® is not civilly liable for any damage caused by delays in delivery.
Upon delivery, the customer verifies and agrees to the information and data included on the invoice. It also confirms that the products delivered, as far as it is visible, conform to the description that Nature for kids ® has made of them and that they are suitable for the usual use of such products. Any defects must be communicated to the carrier or collection point. No complaints will be accepted after receipt. In the event of a package that is too damaged, the CUSTOMER must refuse it and immediately notify Nature for kids ® customer service. If, when opening the package, certain products do not conform to the order, the CUSTOMER must also immediately inform Nature for kids ® customer service .
Article 5 – Prices and information on the site
All the prices of our products mentioned on the website are indicated in EURO all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. These prices may be modified at any time and do not include, where applicable, delivery and shipping costs which are invoiced in addition and which are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER (unless special conditions indicated on the site) and are communicated before concluding your order. The prices paid by the CLIENT are those mentioned on the site at the time of the confirmation email, except in the event of an obvious error. These prices are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity but the Seller reserves the right, outside the period of validity, to modify the prices at any time.
The summary table of your order indicates the total amount, including any shipping costs, any reductions deducted, which will be invoiced to you. They are displayed, taking into account your choice of delivery method and delivery address.
The photos and other illustrations used to present the products have no binding value and may present products or elements not included in the price offered.
The information on the products is given for information purposes and in order to best describe them. The CUSTOMER is advised to comply with the instructions for use and maintenance advice for the products, in order to avoid their premature deterioration.
Article 6 – Orders
It is up to the CUSTOMER to select on the website www.natureforkids.eu the products he wishes to order, according to the following terms:
The CUSTOMER connects to his CUSTOMER account. He chooses a Product that he puts in his basket, Product that he can delete or modify before validating his order and accepting these General Conditions of Sale. The Service must be added to the basket during the first order. The CUSTOMER will then enter their details and choose the delivery method. After validation of the information, the order will be considered final and will require payment from the CLIENT according to the terms provided.
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors to customer service.
The CUSTOMER will then receive an order confirmation message containing the important elements of the items chosen. It is this confirmation message that concludes the sales contract between the CLIENT and Nature for kids ® . The CUSTOMER is required to check his spam folder if he should not receive any message after placing an order.
For ecological and simplicity reasons, Nature for kids ® does not send a paper invoice. On the other hand, an ecological delivery note* will be attached to the package. This can be used as a plantation (see instructions on the back of the delivery slip). The CUSTOMER accepts that the Invoices are made available electronically via the www.natureforkids.eu website, in "My account". If the CUSTOMER wants a hard copy, he can either go to his account or request it from Customer Service by sending them an email to patrick@natureforkids.be.
For the CLIENT's safety and to meet its legal obligations, Nature for kids ® reserves the right to request additional information from the CLIENT before confirming an order. Nature for kids ® also reserves the right to refuse to confirm an order in the absence of a response deemed adequate.
Any order placed on the site www.natureforkids.eu constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the CUSTOMER and the Seller.
Any cancellation of the order by the CLIENT will only be possible before the delivery of the Products (regardless of the provisions relating to the application or not of the legal right of withdrawal).
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a CUSTOMER with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The CUSTOMER will be able to follow the progress of his order on the site.
(*) The delivery note is printed on seeded paper (poppies, honey flowers or forget-me-nots).
Article 7 – Direct order via the “Buy with PayPal” button
The direct order allows you to place an order directly for a single product. After logging into their PayPal account, the CUSTOMER must log into their Customer Account. The CUSTOMER can then select his delivery method, enter a possible reduction code and validate it, then finalize his order. Only the selected product will be paid for and shipped. In this order mode, it is not possible to add another product or modify the quantity.
Article 8 – Payment
Payment of the full price must be made at the time of your order. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.
Nature for kids ® offers the means of payment as indicated on its site. The CUSTOMER acknowledges having all the necessary authorizations to use the means of payment of his choice.
Nature for kids® reserves the right to delay or cancel an order in the event of incomplete payment or a problem in the execution of payment for the order.
Article 8 Bis - Payment using Sodexo Checks (consumption checks or eco-cheques
Only for Belgian residents !
Nature for kids being a retail business located in Belgium and more precisely in the Namur region, we accept your "consumption vouchers" and your "eco-cheques" issued by Sodexo in PAPER FORMAT .
Please follow the instructions below carefully.
Regarding CONSUMER CHECKS in paper format, they have a face value of €10/cheque. You can only pay with a multiple of 10€ and Nature for kids cannot refund you if you pay more than necessary. For convenience, for eco-vouchers, they must also be used with a multiple of €10.
- Payment with CONSUMPTION CHECKS or ECO-CHECKS cannot technically be combined with any other discount.
- If you are the beneficiary of an advantage, a reduction voucher or a gift voucher , please send us your order by e-mail and specify your reduction code as well as the amount of the check(s) that you wish to use on our site at the following e-mail address: patrick@natureforkids.be . We will thus be able to make your reduction coexist with your Sodexo voucher(s). We will send you an email containing your order and the balance to be paid (total deducted from the amount of the Sodexo check(s) you wish to use as well as your reduction) by bank transfer to our account within 3 working days from the sending of the e-mail by our order department.
- If you do not have a reduction code , please refer to the table in point 7 to enter the code equivalent to the amount of checks you wish to use.
- In all cases , checks must be deposited or sent to our head office : Nature for kids, Rue du Clair Val 28, 5020 Suarlée within 5 working days from the date of your order. Whether it is made directly via one of our sites www.natureforkids.be or www.natureforkids.eu or by e-mail (see point 2).
- Upon receipt of the checks and your additional payment , Nature for kids will send you your package with the shipping method you selected when finalizing your order.
- If you select one of the codes in point 7, but you do not send or deposit any Sodexo checks or they reach us late (even if you are not responsible for this delay), your order will be canceled and any amount paid will be refunded to you via the same means of payment that you used to finalize your order.

Any cheating or fraud will result in the exclusion of the customer and the unilateral deletion of his account, in accordance with our general conditions of sale.
Article 9 - Delivery
Section 9.1 – General
Nature for kids ® has the carrier of the customer's choice deliver the products purchased on the site to the address provided by the CLIENT as mentioned on the order form. Nature for kids ® cannot be held responsible for delivery errors and does not bear the additional costs relating thereto in the event of an error in the address entered by the CLIENT. Nature for kids ® informs at the time of the order an indicative expected delivery time taking into account the available stocks, the time of preparation of the order and the delivery time as planned by the carrier.
Delivery costs are mentioned before confirming the order and included in the total price of the order indicated in the confirmation.
Nature for kids ® cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier, fortuitous event or force majeure. Nature for kids® assumes no responsibility for the consequences of such delays. In case of delay, the customer can of course ask to modify his order or cancel it, in accordance with the provisions of articles 12 and 13 of these conditions.
Article 9.2 – Delivery problems
The CUSTOMER must inspect the products delivered upon receipt and in the presence of the carrier, and must immediately notify the carrier of any apparent damage (damaged packaging, partially open, etc.). Any problem related to the delivery must also be communicated to Nature for kids ® (via customer service or directly via the chat present on the site) within 3 days of receipt of the product, ideally with photos of the damaged shipment.
Nature for kids ® , in accordance with its Quality Charter, makes every effort to best meet the CLIENT's expectations. It could still be that an error slips into an order. Problems related to the products delivered (order error, expiry date expired, wrong quantity, ...) must be clearly reported within 14 days of receipt of the package to patrick@natureforkids.be. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt. After this period, Nature for kids ® can no longer intervene other than within the framework of its return policy.
Nature for kids ® will contact the CLIENT to solve the problems encountered. Nature for kids ® guarantees the reimbursement or exchange of products sent by mistake and returned in accordance with our return policy. The costs of delivery and return (for products returned according to the prescriptions of Nature for kids ® ) will also be borne by Nature for kids ® .
Article 9.3 – Non-receipt of the package
The CLIENT must report any delay in delivery to patrick@natureforkids.be.
If the carrier cannot deliver the package due to the CLIENT's absence and the CLIENT does not pick up the package at the depot by the carrier, the package will be returned to Nature for kids ® in accordance with the carrier's procedures. If applicable, the order can only be returned to the CLIENT after receipt by Nature for kids ® of the original package (or reimbursement by the carrier in the event of loss or damage). The cost of returning the initial shipment and delivering this second shipment will be borne by the CLIENT.
Article 10 – Ownership
The products sold remain the property of Nature for kids ® until delivery of the CLIENT's order to the address given when ordering.
Article 11 - CUSTOMER Space - Account
In order to place an order, the CUSTOMER is invited to create an account.
To do this, he must register by completing the form that will be offered to him at the time of his order and undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his contact details, in particular his email address.
The CLIENT is responsible for updating the information provided. He is told that he can modify them by logging into his account.
To access his personal space and order history, the CUSTOMER must identify himself using his e-mail address and his password which he will have entered during his registration and which are strictly personal. As such, the CUSTOMER refrains from any disclosure. Otherwise, he will remain solely responsible for the use that will be made of it.
The CLIENT may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page on his personal account or by sending an email to: patrick@natureforkids.be. This will be effective within a reasonable time.
In the event of non-compliance with the General Conditions of Sale and/or Use, the site www.natureforkids.eu will have the possibility of suspending or even closing the account of a CLIENT after formal notice sent by electronic means and remaining without effect.
Any deletion of an account, for whatever reason, results in the pure and simple deletion of all personal information of the CUSTOMER.
Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of the seller.
The creation of the account entails the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 12 – Right of withdrawal and return costs
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of his order, without penalty and without giving any reason.
The period mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the CLIENT or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him, for contracts for the sale of goods. For contracts concluded off-premises, the CUSTOMER may exercise his right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
In the case of an order relating to several goods delivered separately or in the context of an order for a good made up of lots or multiple parts, the delivery of which is staggered over a defined period, the period runs from receipt of the last good or lot or of the last piece.
The CUSTOMER can submit his request either by contacting customer service via the contact page of the website, or by returning the withdrawal form ( see appendix 1 ) completed by post or email, or by sending a clear request to this effect. He can also ask to exchange the products or to be reimbursed.
During the withdrawal period, the CUSTOMER will take the greatest care of the products and their packaging. The CUSTOMER will only unpack and use the products to the extent necessary to be able to judge whether he wishes to keep them or not. If the CUSTOMER wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he will return the products, with all possible accessories (accessories, documentation, instructions, etc.), to the following address: RUE DU CLAIR VAL 28, 5020 SUARLEE, Belgium. The return of the products must be done within a maximum period of 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their re-marketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not taken back. The return costs remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
Nature for kids ® reimburses packages not received or returned by the CUSTOMER with a deduction of €15.00 for processing the order and €6.00 for transport costs related to the return of the package.
Nature for kids ® will reimburse the CUSTOMER using the same method of payment used to place the order. Reimbursement will be made with deduction of delivery and preparation costs paid by the CLIENT or borne by Nature for kids ® . The refund will be made within 14 days after Nature for kids ® has become aware of the withdrawal request, provided that Nature for kids ® has received the returned products in their original condition (as described above) or that the CUSTOMER has provided proof of their shipment.
The responsibility of the CUSTOMER will be engaged for any handling of the products other than that necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of the products.
The CUSTOMER cannot exercise his right of withdrawal when:
- the goods supplied have been made to its specifications or clearly personalized;
- the goods supplied cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate
- goods supplied sealed which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health.
Article 13 – Return policy within 30 days
Nature for kids ® defends sustainable and reasonable consumption. As such, we do not want the CUSTOMER to keep products that he does not consume or that do not suit him. In this way, we want to offer it maximum comfort of use.
In line with our zero waste philosophy, Nature for kids ® offers the CUSTOMER its return policy within 30 days.
The CUSTOMER may return all products sold by Nature for kids ® to us within 30 days of receipt of the products, without giving the reason, if the products are complete (with accessories, instructions, etc.) and in new and intact. The packaging cannot be unsealed and must be able to be resold.
The CUSTOMER must use the return form ( see appendix 2 ) on our site in the FAQ section. Contact us at patrick@natureforkids.be if you have any difficulty. You must then simply return the products to Nature for kids ® , RUE DU CLAIR VAL 28, 5020 SUARLÉE, BELGIUM, in their original condition (sealed packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), accompanied by the return form completed by your care. The costs and risks associated with return transport will be borne by the CLIENT.
In the event of a return in accordance with our return policy, Nature for kids ® will send the CUSTOMER by email a voucher equivalent to the amount of the returned products, with a deduction of €15.00 for processing the order and €6.00 € for transport costs related to the return of the package, no later than 14 days from receipt by Nature for kids ® of the products in good condition. We will use the same email address as the one used by the CUSTOMER when ordering. The voucher will be valid on www.natureforkids.eu for 1 year from the date of redemption.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded, exchanged or returned. Indeed, in line with our zero waste philosophy, we would like to put back on sale any compliant product while avoiding waste (of products and packaging). CUSTOMER'S COOPERATION WILL BE APPRECIATED!
This warranty does not apply to:
- the goods supplied have been made to its specifications or clearly personalized;
- the goods supplied cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate
- goods supplied sealed which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health.
This return policy does not affect the CUSTOMER's rights recognized by law (see Article 16 of these General Conditions of Sale ("Warranty"), including your legal right of withdrawal described above.
Article 14 – Product conformity
Nature for kids ® guarantees that the products comply with the contract, with the specifications described on the site and with the reasonable requirements as to their quality and their usefulness. In the event that an apparent defect or non-conformity is observed, the CUSTOMER must imperatively and immediately report this fact to Nature for kids ® , under penalty of forfeiture of his rights in this respect, without prejudice to the rights granted by articles 1649bis and following of the civil code and by articles 1641 and following. In this second case, it is assumed that Nature for kids ® was unaware of the hidden defect.
In addition, we would like to clarify that we always only offer products that we buy from the manufacturers of the original products and their wholesalers. In case of doubt about the authenticity of the products, the CUSTOMER can find more information and advice on the site https://cecbelgique.be. In the event of suspicion of counterfeiting, the CUSTOMER can always file a complaint via the contact point .
Article 15 – Availability of products
To satisfy all of its customers, Nature for kids ® makes every effort to ensure the greatest availability of the products offered for sale. How to clear cookie history
Here are some explanations to do the deletion yourself.
In Chrome:
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right. Click History > History > Clear browsing data.
- In the “Delete browsing data” menu, at the top, in “period” you can choose the period you want to delete. Below, you indicate which elements you want to delete. Choose at least “Cookies and other site data”.
