RULES OF THE NATURE FOR KIDS® CONTEST “Enjoy a zero waste coffee”
Article 1: Organization
Nature for kids ® , hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", whose registered office is located at Rue du Clair Val 28, 5020 Suarlée, Belgium, is organizing a free contest without obligation to purchase entitled "Taste a coffee zero waste” (hereinafter referred to as: the “Game”) which begins on 07/21/2022 at 6:00 p.m. and ends on 07/31/2022 at 11:59 p.m., GMT+1.
Article 2: Participants
This free Game with no obligation to purchase is exclusively open to adults or minors, on the date of the start of the Game, residing in Belgium, France or Luxembourg.
Minors are allowed to participate in this "Competition", provided that they have previously obtained express authorization to do so from their parents or the person exercising parental authority. The fact for them to participate implies that they have obtained this authorization.
Persons who do not meet the above conditions are excluded from the Game, as well as members of the Organiser's staff, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the Game, as well as their spouse. , the members of their families: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives, living under their roof. The Organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions set out above. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the Game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from their prize.
Only one entry per person (same name, same address) is allowed.
Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 3: Terms of participation

Any entry made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the entry invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the Game by the Organizer without the latter having to justify it. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible identification or participation, voluntarily or not, or carried out in a form other than that provided for in these rules will be considered null and void. The same penalty will apply in the event of multiple entries.
Article 4: Earnings
The prize for this contest is “a Waycap reusable capsule adapted to Dolce Gusto machines. It is infinitely refillable to allow you to enjoy your coffee without creating waste.” - see photos at the bottom of these rules.
Among all the participants who responded to the publications relating to the competition within the opening dates of the competition, only one will win the prize.
All of the endowments described above have an indicative total value of €19.95 including tax.
The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing these rules and can not be disputed as to their evaluation.
Article 5: Designation of winners
At the end of the duration of the Game, a draw will be made on Tuesday August 2, 2022.
Conditions of participation in the draw:
Participants who have complied with the terms and conditions of participation as described in article 3 of these rules will be eligible for the draw.
Article 6: Announcement of winners
The winner of the competition will be announced on the organizer's Facebook page, namely https://www.facebook.com/natureforkid/ as well as on its Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/natureforkids.be/
Any winner who will not be declared before 02/28/22 will be considered as having definitively renounced his prize. If the winner does not take possession of his prize at the Mondial Relais relay point within the time allowed by the carrier, the latter will also be considered as having definitively renounced his prize. The prize will then be put into play for a subsequent contest.
Article 7: Delivery of prizes
The winner undertakes to accept the prize as offered without the possibility of exchange, in particular for cash, other goods or services of any kind whatsoever.
Similarly, these prizes cannot be the subject of requests for compensation.
The winner must provide their contact details (surname, first name, telephone, e-mail) as well as the Mondial Relais pick-up point chosen for shipping the prize won. The lot will only be shipped by Mondial Relay at the Organiser's expense.
Article 8: Use of participants' personal data
Participant information is recorded and used by the Organizer to memorize their participation in the Game and allow prizes to be awarded.
The winner authorizes the Organizer to use their contact details (surname, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium whatsoever, without this conferring on them any remuneration, right or advantage whatsoever, other than the allocation of their prize.
The personal data of the participants are kept in order to be able to announce the winners of this Game and to carry out information and promotion campaigns and are not transmitted to third parties.
The law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and the law of March 11, 2003 on certain legal aspects are strictly observed. Each participant has the right to consult and correct the information kept about him.
Each participant also has the right to be deleted from the files upon simple request and free of charge. To do this, the Participant must send a letter to the Organizer whose address is mentioned in article 1 of these rules.
Article 9: Rules of the game
It can be sent free of charge to any person who requests it from the Organiser.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the Game at any time, in particular in the event of force majeure, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.
The Participant acknowledges that he participates in a competition at his own risk.
Article 10: Industrial and intellectual property
The reproduction, representation or use of all or part of the elements making up the Game, including these rules, are strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected. as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and this for the whole world. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement liable to penal sanctions.
Participation in this Game implies full acceptance of these rules by the participants.
Article 11: Liability
The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events beyond its control.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, lack of legibility of stamps due to postal services. Nor can it be held responsible and no recourse can be brought against it in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) partially or totally depriving participants of the possibility of participating. in the Game and/or the winners from the benefit of their winnings.
The Organizer and its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prizes by the beneficiaries or their guests once the winners have taken possession of them.
Similarly, the Organiser, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the prizes by the beneficiaries once the winners have taken possession of them. Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prizes is the sole responsibility of the winners without them being able to request any compensation from the Organizer, nor from the service providers or partners.
Article 12: Dispute and Complaint
These rules are subject to Belgian law and are interpreted and executed in accordance with Belgian law. All possible disputes which would result from it or would have a link with this Game and could not be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent judge in Namur.
The Organizer reserves the right to settle without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no dispute will be accepted, in particular on the terms of the Game, on the results, on the the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the Game. Except in the event of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Organizer's game systems has probative value in any dispute as to the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the Game.
Any complaints must be sent within one month of the end date of the Game to the Organiser. After this date, no complaints will be accepted. Participation in the Game entails full acceptance of these rules.
Article 13: Agreement of proof
By express agreement between the Participant and the Organiser, the Organiser's computer systems and files shall alone prevail.
The computerized registers, kept in the Organiser's computer systems, under reasonable conditions of security ́ and reliability ́, are considered as proof of the relations and communications between the Organizer and the Participant.
It is therefore agreed that, barring manifest error, the Organizer may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of the programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring or other reports) of nature or in computer or electronic format or medium, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by the Organiser, in particular in its computer systems. The elements considered thus constitute proof and if they are produced as means of proof by the Organizer in any contentious or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document drawn up, received or kept in writing.
Operations of any kind carried out using the identifier and code assigned to a participant, following registration, are irrefutably presumed to have been carried out under the responsibility of the Participant.
