How to compost your dishcloth ?
You can compost your sponge in a home garden compost.
Ideally place your compost in the shade under a tree, but don't cover it to let the rain run through it. As the rain seeps in, it will allow air movement inside the compost, which will help your household waste break down. For effective composting, make sure you have a good carbon/nitrogen balance and turn your compost every 6 months.
To speed up the decomposition of your sponge, you can cut it with scissors into small squares of 3 cm.
